This equipment is suitable for PVDF and PP wafer-cassette tooling in wet processes. 1. The machine adopts a dual-lane design with front-and-rear layout; cassettes are loaded and unloaded manually by operators. 2. A single-lane wafer-stacking feed conveyor collects wafers continuously into cassettes via a buffer rack and cassette elevator. 3. Each unloading lane is equipped with alignment and guided retractable mechanisms to ensure stable wafer issuing and receiving. 4. The two in/out cassette lanes can hold 4-5 cassettes. 5. In the event of equipment failure or process abnormality, the machine can be stopped at any time and promptly restored to operation. 6. The equipment has a safety door; opening it during normal operation triggers a stop and alarm. 7. User permissions are set by level, and the highest-level user can define parameters and select functions. 8. AOI inspection, double-wafer detection, and wafer-thickness detection can each be individually disabled without affecting normal loading. 9. In this solution, the hardware for the thickness-detection module and the AOI-inspection module is provided by the customer.
